Drop Cheese Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c pre-sifted flour, 2 t baking powder, 1/2 t salt, 1/3 c shortening and 1/2 c grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Measure and place in a sifter over the mixing bowl, flour, baking powder and salt.
Sift the flour mixture into a bowl.
Cut in the shortening with a pastry blender or using two knives until flour mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
Add the grated cheese and milk.
Stir with a fork until flour mixture leaves the side of the bowl.
