👨‍🍳 Instructions

Heat oven to 450°.

Mix flour, baking powder and salt.

Mix in fat with a fork until crumbly.

Add milk and mix enough to wet the dry ingredients.

Drop dough from a tablespoon onto greased baking pan.

Bake at 450° (very hot oven) for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned.

Makes 12 or 6 biscuits.
