Dried Sweet Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. corn, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cream and 1/4 scant c. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all in a kettle; heat for about 30 minutes.
Keep stirring to prevent burning.
Put on a dryer, or it can be fried in the oven for several hours on a cookie sheet with oven on very lowest temperature until dry.
