Dried Peaches
Dried Peaches is an easy dinner. Made with 2 gal. cut up peaches (do not peel), 4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

The night before cooking, mix sugar and vinegar with peaches. The following morning, cook on low heat until brown or color of evaporated peaches.
Place in hot jar and seal or freeze.
