Dried Apple Cake
Dried Apple Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. butter or shortening, 2 1/2 c. cooked dried apples, 2 tsp. cocoa and 4 tbsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Add cocoa to apples.
Sift 3 cups of flour with the soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice.
Take 1 cup of flour; mix with raisins.
Mix all ingredients; pour into tube pan that has been greased.
Cook in oven at 350Β° for about an hour.
Test with toothpick.
