Dressing For Lettuce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 small onion and 1/2 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar, mustard seed, salt, onion and one-half of the vinegar.
Beat and add oil.
Beat remainder of vinegar and add celery seed.
(I mix in blender.)
Can be stored in jar in refrigerator for future use.
