Dr. E'S Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. rice, 6 chicken nuggets, 2 cooked sausage links, mrs. dash spice and onion powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dice chicken nuggets and cooked sausage.
Boil one cup of rice and drain.
Put drained rice and soy sauce in wok or saute pan. Add chicken and sausage pieces.
Add onion powder and Mrs. Dash spice to taste.
Mix thoroughly, being careful not to burn rice. Makes 2 to 4 servings.
