Dove Casserole
Dove Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 doves per serving, 1 pkg. dry sour cream mix or small carton sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Soak doves in salt water about 2 hours.
Mix sour cream, soup and seasonings.
Arrange doves in casserole.
Pour soup mixture over doves.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until tender.
Pour wine over doves about 10 minutes before done.
Quail can be substituted for doves.
