Douglas Chicken
Douglas Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 whole or 12 halves boned chicken breasts, 6 strips bacon, cut in halves, 1 jar dried beef, 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1 can mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soak deboned chicken in salt water a few minutes.
Grease baking dish.
Wrap 1/2 strip bacon around center part of each breast.
Place a piece of dried beef in baking dish.
Put a piece of chicken breast on
Cover with sour cream, mushroom soup and sherry, mixed together.
Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Bake at 325Β° for 3 hours.
