Double Quick Butter Rolls
Double Quick Butter Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. warm water, 1 pkg. yeast, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 2 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve yeast in water.
Stir in sugar, 1/2 the flour and the salt.
Beat with spoon until smooth.
Add egg and oil.
Beat in rest of flour until smooth again.
Cover; let rise for 30 minutes, or until double.
Stir down and put in greased muffin cups 1/2 full.
Let rise to top.
Makes about 18 rolls.
