Set aside.
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add beating after each addition; add vanilla mashed bananas.
Add water and nuts. Mix. Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
