Double Layer Fudge
Double Layer Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. marshmallow cream, 3/4 c. pet evaporated milk and 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a heavy 2-quart saucepan, mix sugar, butter, marshmallow cream and Pet milk. Cook and stir until a full rolling boil. Stir over medium heat 5 minutes. Take off heat and pour half of mixture into a heatproof bowl. To one half, add chocolate chips; to the other half, add caramel or butterscotch chips. Add nuts. Beat one half until chips are melted.
