Double Fudge Hazelnut Pie
Double Fudge Hazelnut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 c. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix sugar and cocoa thoroughly; add to the eggs.
Add the corn syrup, cream, hazelnut liquor and melted butter.
Mix well by hand.
Add the hazelnuts and chocolate chips.

It will puff up slightly and cracks will form around edges. As pie cools, it will settle.
