Double Dutch Pizza Cookie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
Beat in egg & vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt.
Slowly add to creamed mixture, mix well.
Lightly grease foil on a pizza pan. Spread dough to 1/2 inch from edge.
Evenly sprinkle with candy & marshmallows.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Do not overbake.
