Double Crunchy Chip Cookies
Double Crunchy Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. soda and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Stir flour, salt, baking powder and soda together.
Set aside. In large mixing bowl beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Add 2 cups crushed Kellogg's flakes and chocolate and butterscotch morsels.
Drop by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls into remaining crushed cereal, coating dough completely.
Place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350Β° about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on wire racks.
