Spray Bundt pan.
Mix first 5 ingredients; set aside.
Mix vinegar, syrup, water and vanilla; set aside.
Cream margarine, oil and 1/3 tablespoon sugar.
Alternate dry ingredients and wet ingredients into creamed mixture.
Pour into Bundt pan. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
