Double Cheese Meat Loaf
Double Cheese Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 c. shredded cheddar and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine hamburger, crumbs, onion, pepper, egg, Italian seasoning and 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
On a sheet of tinfoil, spread mixture into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle.
Sprinkle with cheeses and roll into a log.
Seal ends and bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
At the end of the hour, pour remaining tomato sauce over meat loaf and bake for another 15 minutes.
