Double Cheese Macaroni
Double Cheese Macaroni is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box creamettes elbow macaroni, 1 stick margarine, 1 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 3/4 can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water.
(I add a little oil to my water.)
Drain.
Add butter, milk and Velveeta.
When Velveeta is melted, place in bowl and spread Cheddar cheese on top.
Heat in microwave on High for approximately 1 minute or until Cheddar cheese is melted on top.
