Double Boiler Bread Pudding
Double Boiler Bread Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 3 slices stale bread, buttered and cubed, 3 eggs, beaten with pinch of salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place brown sugar on top of double boiler and the bread on top of it.
Mix eggs, salt, vanilla and milk.
Pour over bread.
Do not stir!
Steam over boiling water until knife comes out clean. Serve warm with ice cream.
