Double Boiler Bread Pudding
Double Boiler Bread Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 3 to 4 slices bread, 2 eggs, 2 c. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put brown sugar in top of double boiler.
Cut up 3 to 4 slices of bread in squares.
Put on top of brown sugar.
Then beat eggs. Stir into milk and vanilla.
Pour over the bread and sugar.
Don't stir.
Cook over water slowly for about 1 1/2 hours.
When done the sugar forms a syrup in the bottom of mixture.
Very easy and good to make.
