Donuts
Donuts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. melted butter, 4 to 5 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all together; mix well.
Roll 1/3 to 1/2-inch thick on a floured board.
Do not try to roll out whole recipe at once.
Cut with donut cutter or biscuit cutter; make hole with finger.
Fry at 400Β° approximately.
Turn once until done; drain.
Cool, dust with confectioners sugar when cool or frost with any kind you wish.
Yield: 4 dozen.
