Donna'S Mad Hatter Cheese Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. fine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. fine chopped pecans, 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 c. melted butter and 1 lb. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Have cheese, eggs and butter at room temperature.
In bowl, whip cream cheese until light (2 minutes).
Add butter, eggs, sugar, salt and flavorings.
Beat until smooth.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour in prepared pan and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350Β° about 45 minutes, or until formed.
Turn off oven and let cake stand in oven for 30 minutes.
Cool and top as desired.
