Donna's Lemon Pound Cake
Donna'S Lemon Pound Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 4 whole eggs, 1 box lemon cake mix (not the pudding variety), 3/4 c. milk and powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cream cream cheese until soft.
Add eggs to cream cheese and beat well.
Add lemon cake mix (not the pudding variety) and 3/4 cup of milk, blending well.
Bake in a greased and floured 9-inch tube or Bundt pan at 350° for 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325° without opening the oven door.
Bake another 30 to 35 minutes longer.
Dust with powdered sugar.
