Dobash Frosting
Dobash Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 blocks baker's unsweetened chocolate, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soften cornstarch with a little of the 1 cup water.
In a saucepan, melt chocolate in the remaining water.
Add sugar and butter, stirring dissolved.
Add the cornstarch mixture; boil until it thickens.
Makes enough frosting for a 9 x 13-inch cake.
