Divinity Fudge
Divinity Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, separated, 1 c. nut meats, chopped coarsely, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preparation
Assemble ingredients and utensils needed. Separate eggs.
Chop nut meats coarsely.
Combine, in a saucepan, sugar, light corn syrup and water.
Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolved, then cook over low heat, without stirring, to hard ball stage (265Β°).
Test by dropping a few drops in a cup of cold water.
