Divinity Fudge
Divinity Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. karo (red label), 1/2 c. water, 2 egg whites and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine Karo, water, salt and sugar; boil until a little tried in cold water is brittle (300Β°).
Beat egg whites stiff and gradually beat in the boiling syrup.
Whip until it begins to stiffen.
Add vanilla and fruit or nuts; beat more and pour into a pan slightly oiled with Mazola.
When cold, cut in squares.
