Divinity Fudge
Divinity Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. granulated sugar, 1 c. light karo syrup, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1 c. water and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook syrup, sugar, water, vinegar and salt (approximately 275Β°).
Cook until the mixture threads.
Slowly beat in well beaten egg whites.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Cook until thick enough to spoon.
Drop on wax paper.
Mixture hardens fast!
