Divinity Fudge
Divinity Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. warm water, 1/2 c. light karo syrup, 1 tsp. vanilla and chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix together sugar, water and Karo syrup.
Bring to soft boil. Beat 2 egg whites while syrup is boiling.
When egg whites are well beaten, add 1/2 of the sugar mixture.
Continue to beat egg whites and syrup while rest of the syrup is boiling to a hard crack stage.
Add to the egg whites and beat well.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Drop on wax paper when mixture begins to thicken.
