Divinity Fudge
Divinity Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. water, 1/8 tsp. salt and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine first five ingredients in a 3-quart glass bowl or casserole.
Microwave (High setting) 5 minutes.
Stir well. Microwave 9 minutes more, or until mixture reaches 260Β° (hard ball stage) on a candy thermometer.
Do not stir corn mixture.
