Divinity Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. water and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook and stir ingredients until sugar dissolves.
Continue cooking to a soft ball stage, testing in a cup of water.
Beat 3 egg whites stiff not dry.
Gradually pour one half of soft ball mixture over egg whites very slowly as hot mixture will cook the egg whites.
