Divinity Fudge
Divinity Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. white corn syrup (karo), 2/3 c. cold water, 2 egg whites and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir well together the sugar, syrup and water.
Allow to boil without stirring until it forms a hard ball in cold water.
Pour this over stiffly beaten egg whites, beating constantly.
Cool; add vanilla and nuts.
Beat until cool and thick enough to set. Pour into a buttered platter or drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.
