Divinity Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sugar, 1 c. light corn syrup, 1 c. water, 2 tsp. vanilla and 4 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine light corn syrup, water and sugar.
Boil to 265Β° (hard ball stage).
Beat egg whites stiff and gradually beat in boiling syrup.
Whip until it begins to stiffen.
Add vanilla and pecans. Drop on waxed paper.
Makes about 150 pieces.
