Divinity Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cups sugar, 1/4 cup water, 3/4 cup light karo syrup, 3 egg whites and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix the first three ingredients in heavy saucepan and cook on high heat until mixture forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water.
Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks.
Add sugar, water and Karo syrup mixture to beaten egg whites.
Continue to beat until candy will stand up when dropped from a spoon.
Add vanilla and pecans.
