Divinity Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. white karo syrup, 2/3 c. cold water, 2 egg whites and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook sugar, syrup and water to soft ball stage, 238Β°.
Pour very slowly over the egg whites which have been beaten until stand up in peaks.
Continue beating until hard enough to drop from a spoon (it will lose its glossy look).
Add vanilla, right after, start beating and nuts after beating, just before dropping from spoon.
