Divinity Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. white corn syrup, 3/4 c. water, 2 egg whites and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, corn syrup and water thoroughly, then cook until it forms a medium ball when dropped in cold water (240°).
Pour 2/3 of syrup slowly over beaten egg whites, beating constantly.
Cook the other 1/3 of syrup until it forms a very firm ball (255°) then beat it slowly into the first mixture, beating constantly until creamy.
Add vanilla and nuts and drop onto waxed paper or pour into greased dish.
Cut in squares when cool.
