Divinity Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 2 to 3 c. white syrup, 3 egg whites, beaten stiff and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook sugar, water and syrup until it forms hard ball. Pour over beaten egg whites slowly.
Add vanilla. Beat until it will drop by spoonful on buttered table. Add nuts (crushed), if desired.
