Divinity Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. water, 2 egg whites and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Stir sugar, corn syrup and water over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Cook, without stirring, until mixture forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water.
In mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Keep beating while pouring hot syrup in a small stream into egg whites.
Add vanilla; beat until mixture holds its shape and becomes slightly dull.
Fold nuts in.
Drop mixture from tip of buttered spoon onto waxed paper.
