π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix sugar, syrup and water thoroughly.
Cook into a medium ball when dropped in cold water.
Pour 2/3 of syrup over beaten egg whites.
Beat constantly.
Cook other 1/3 until it forms a hard ball.
Beat slowly into first mixture.
Beat constantly until creamy.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Drop on wax paper.
