Divinity
Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. grated coconut and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place in large pan, sugar, Karo, water and salt; stir until dissolved and it reaches boiling point.
Cover with lid and boil for 2 minutes.
Uncover and cook to hard boil stage.
Meanwhile, beat 3 egg whites.
Slowly pour hot syrup over beaten egg whites, beating constantly until cool and holds shape.
Add vanilla, walnuts and coconut.
Drop in greased buttered candy board or pour out on board and cut when cool.
