Divinity

Beat egg whites until stiff.

Cook sugar, syrup and water to hard ball temperature.

(Will form a ball when dropped in glass of cold water and "clink" when tapped against side.)

Beat into the egg whites, pouring in very slowly.

Add vanilla and chopped nuts. Beat until stiff.
