Divinity is an easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. sugar, dash of salt, 2/3 c. karo light syrup, 1/2 c. water and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil sugar, salt, syrup and water to 265Β°, hard-ball stage.
Beat egg whites, then add boiling mixture.
Beat until thick and add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
You can add 1 cup of chopped pecans, when adding vanilla, if wanted.
