Divinity
Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white corn syrup, 1/8 tsp. salt, 2/3 c. water and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Boil sugar, syrup and water to fairly hard ball stage.
Beat egg whites and salt in the meantime.
Pour syrup slowly into egg whites with mixer going at moderate speed.
Continue to beat until gloss disappears and candy is ready to drop.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
