Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 2 egg whites, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. karo syrup and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a 3-quart casserole dish, combine sugar, syrup, water and salt.
Cook on High for 5 minutes; stir.
Cook on High for 8 to 10 minutes, or until a hard ball forms in water.
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks; pour over syrup mixture.
Add nuts and vanilla; fold in.
Spoon onto wax paper; let dry.
