Divinity
Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. water, few grains of salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place sugar, syrup, water and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cook to a very hard ball.
Before it reaches this stage, beat egg whites until stiff.
Pour the syrup into the egg whites (beat while pouring).
Do not scrape bottom of pan.
Continue beating until the mixture holds its shape.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Drop on a piece of wax paper from a teaspoon.
