Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. white corn syrup, 3/4 c. hot water, 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

👨🍳 Instructions
Boil sugar, syrup and water in heavy saucepan until it reaches 235° on candy thermometer.
Pour half of this mixture into egg whites and mix well.
Cook remaining syrup to 250°.
Beat into egg white mixture and add vanilla and pecans.
Beat until nearly cold. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
Yield 3 to 4 dozen pieces.
