Divine Salmon
Divine Salmon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. salmon (one piece), 1/2 lemon, 1/2 onion, sliced, salt and pepper and 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pat dry salmon. Should be cleaned and opened for stuffing. Squeeze lemon into fish cavity.
Place on buttered piece of foil. Fill salmon with tomato and onion slices.
Season with salt, pepper, tarragon and parsley. Close foil around fish.
Bake at 425Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Melt butter in skillet.
Saute garlic and diced tomatoes. Remove salmon to serving dish.
Spoon any juice over the fish.
Serve with sauteed tomatoes. Garnish with lemon slices.
