Dirty Rice
Dirty Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken livers, 1 c. chopped green peppers, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 c. chopped celery and 2 tbsp. butter or oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Simmer livers, peppers, onions and celery in oil with 2 cups water until tender and water is cooked out. Add 1/8 teaspoon red pepper, salt and black pepper to taste.
Place in blender and blend well. Add to cooked rice.
Reheat and serve. Double this for large crowds. Also this freezes well.
