Dirty Rice
Dirty Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, 1/2 bell pepper and 4 stalks celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and all vegetables, except parsley and scallions.
Brown beef and then turn the heat to low.
Cook for about 45 minutes, stirring often.
Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add rice and reduce the heat.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Add green onion and parsley.
Cover and cook another 5 minutes.
Serves 4.
