Dirt Salad
Dirt Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) pkg. oreo cookies, 1/3 c. butter, melted, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio or vanilla pudding mix, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put melted butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Crush all but 6 cookies, put in pan and spread and pat firmly.
Mix milk, pudding mix and food coloring for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened.
Add ice cream. Stir until smooth., Pour over cookies.
Spread whipped topping on ice cream mixture.
Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle on top. Refrigerate.
