Crumble 2/3 package of cookies in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together Cool Whip, cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.
In large bowl, mix together pudding and milk.
Combine cream cheese mixture with pudding mixture; blend well.
Pour over cookies. Crumble remaining cookies and sprinkle on top.
Chill before serving.
